Study On The Optimization Of Payment System Of P Education Group

Payment is one of the core issues in human resource management. A scientific and reasonable payment system can not only effectively incentivize the staff, thereby helping realize the goal of the corporation rapidly, but it can also attract and retain talents in a highly competitive environment. P Educational Group is a professionalized corporation group specializing in education investment and management, based on intellectual employees. With the expansion of the corporation and an ever-changing environment, the current payment system can hardly meet the needs of its further development, and a design for its optimization is imperative.This thesis is intended to study the optimization of the payment system by means of applying the theories of modern human resource management, payment management and motivation,compounded with the characteristics of the educational training industry, the development and operational strategies of P Educational Group. First, the author is going to do a survey and analysis to find out the existing problems by adopting questionnaires, interviews,statistics and research methods.
