Research On Interregional Transfer Of Cluster Enterprises From The Perspective Of Network Embedding

Industrial transfer is an important economic phenomenon occurring at different development levels of countries and different levels of development among regions in a country. It is also a transfer activity of institutions, personnel and funds for enterprises in industrial clusters, which is in order to pursue more profits as well as more long-term business development and according to social and economic conditions of industrial transfer area. When enterprises interregional transfer, cluster social network that enterprise embedded will produce important influence to the enterprise, not only affect the stickiness presence in transfer process, and will affect the enterprise’s choice of transfer mode. Therefore, the study of enterprise’s interregional transfer from the perspective of network embedding will be more conducive to enterprise transfer activities and the selection of transfer mode.On the basis of the full study of social network theory and the theory of industrial transfer, consulting, summing up and analyzing a large number of domestic and foreign related literatures. In this paper, the social network embedding in the cluster enterprises is divided into two aspects: the relationship between the embedding and the structure from the perspective of network embedding, and using different indicators to measure relationship characteristic and structure characteristic of the social networks. On this basis, hypotheses about the relationship between characteristic variables, structure characteristic variables and transfer stickiness and transfer mode are proposed. On the basis of previous research, the measurement scale for relationship characteristic, structure characteristic is completed and the questionnaire is designed. Then, a questionnaire survey is conducted to obtain the research data of the cluster enterprises which have been transferred and have intentions to transfer. Based on the full test of the data, the hypotheses are tested by using the multiple linear regression equation. Hypothesis test results show that the relationship characteristic variables of the network: the strength, the stability and their constructs have positive effects on transfer stickiness as well as the part of the relocation mode. Besides, the structure characteristic variables: network density and network centrality have positive effects on transfer stickiness and the part of the relocation mode, while network heterogeneity has negative impact on transfer stickiness and have positive effects on the part of the relocation mode.The study of the enterprise interregional transfer stickiness and transfer mode based on the perspective of the network embedding. In theory, the paper provides a new perspective for the study on industrial transfer. In practice, it enables enterprises to understand the select discipline and influencing factors of transfer mode, and help enterprises conduct interregional transfer smoothly and successfully, thus achieving a smooth docking for industry transfer parties and industry undertakers.
