With the development of China's economic and the change of China's land system, the agricultural land utilization structure,.ways and efficiency are changing;the disadvantages of small-scale household contract responsibility system are appearing.Land use right transfer is an effective way to solve problems of land fragmentation and land-waste which caused by household contract responsibility system.Land transfer also optimizes the allocation of land resources, transfers high quality land resources rationally among the farmers, thus their income increase. As a special social background in the process of land transfer, rural China "human relationship society" is not only an important way of farmers'life,it's also an important capital in farmers' daily activities. In this background, the trust and moral norms fostered by the rural acquaintances society have penetrated into every aspect of farmers' life. And then farmers' behaviors appear similar(peer effect)or cooperative(complementary effect)influenced by acquaintances in rural social networks. So "human relationship society" must have influence on farmers' land transfer behavior potentially.Nanjing,as the Jiangsu's capital, has formed a large-scale land transfer in recent years, transfer objects have gradually become diversified and transfer process has become standardized. But whether do farmers willing to transfer, what transfer information do farmers get and what transfer object do farmers choose, these are important issues to promote agricultural management efficiency and the development of land scale management in healthy and sustainable way.The research area of this paper is Shitou village,Lishui district in Nanjing, which has been carried out a full sample survey through the investigation of social network relations and farmers'land transfer behavior.By using theoretical methods of document review, comparative analysis, and spatial econometric empirical method, the research discusses whether the rural land transfer exists peer effect or complementary effect considering China's rural network human relationship. In addition, the research studies related interference factors' impact on farmers land transfer behavior, tries to guide farmers' interact decisions and construct effective interactive relationship,to provide certain enlightenment to establish a scientific policy of rural land transfer mechanism. Results show:(1)"human relationship society" plays a role in Shitou village farmers" land transfer behavior with peer effect. When the farmer who has social relation with farmer i transfers 1 unit of land, farmer i will transfer more 0.17 units.Rural land information sharing platform can make use of peer effect mechanism to help farmers find the right object quickly and accurately, its importance is obvious.(2)As for interference factors, population of family labors and agricultural income have a negative impact on farmers' land transfer behavior:the transfer land decrease 0.31%when family labors increase 1%,the transfer land decrease 0.74%when agricultural income increase 1%.The total contracted land and the land transfer situation have a positive impact on the land transfer behavior of farmers:the transfer land increase 0.29 units when contracted land increase 1 unit, the transfer land increase 0.58 units when land transfer mode is standardized by one unit, the transfer land increase 0.005 mu when land transfer price rose 1 yuan per mu,the transfer land increase 0.81 units when transfer object's degree of affinity increase one level, the transfer land increase 2.68 units when contract form specification increase one level.
