The Investigation And Study About Gymboree Early Education Center

With the rapidly development of economic and advancement of technology, the future society is full of competition. In order to adapt to the future better, parents have more expectations of the intellectual development of there children. So, using what kinds of concept and method to educate children and how to prevent and reduce the adverse factors which affecting children cognitive development are becoming the urgent problems that parents need to face. Every parent wants their children to be bright and lovely, and early education is an important part of educating a smart kid.Through investigating and visiting the Gymboree early education center in Nanchong,there is a more comprehensive investigation on current status of Nanchong Gymboree early education center with the methods of literature, interviews, observation and survey research. And we found that there are several main problem as follows: first,the problem of parents’ participation in the education process, including parents’ consciousness of participation isn’t strong, their observation and sensitivity in early education failed to play a full part and their wrong education concept on early education has a negative impact; second, the maximum problem of teachers is the big liquidity and professional improvement; third, there is lack of government’s functions of management and support. The author put forward some countermeasures for solving these problems, mainly in three aspects. First, give full play to parents’ value in early education and enhance the awareness of family education combined with the center’s participation. Second, strengthen the early educational teachers’ team building. Third, focus on a multilevel, diversified social management and social support systems.
