Based on this,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,literature analysis,etc.,taking the teachers of Gymboree Early Education Center as the object,and conducts a survey around the situation of teachers’ motivation in the Early Education Center.The results show that there are the following problems in the incentive mechanism of Gymboree Early Education Center: on the one hand,there are health factors,which are manifested in more restrictions on colleague relations and management,greater work pressure and lack of professional identity;On the other hand,it is the problem of incentive factors,which is manifested in the large difference of salary income,unfairness and single incentive form.On this basis,this paper optimizes the teacher incentive mechanism of Gymboree Early Education Center by combining the two factor theory,demand level theory and equity theory.In the aspect of health care,it is necessary to increase the democratic participation of the team in the construction of the management mechanism in early childhood education institutions,and pay attention to the adjustment of work pressure and vocational identity training;In terms of incentive factors,we should optimize the post evaluation mechanism to improve the comprehensive salary income,and enrich the incentive forms for early childhood teachers.At the same time,it is also necessary to strengthen the implementation guarantee,increase the importance of the organization to the teacher incentive mechanism,set up a special management department,develop a humanized management system,establish a supervision system,establish a scientific salary management mechanism,strengthen job analysis,refine corporate culture,and strengthen corporate culture communication.It is hoped that the implementation of these measures can provide some reference for the improvement and optimization of the incentive mechanism for teachers in the early education center,promote the continuous improvement of the incentive mechanism for early education teachers,meet the needs of teachers,stimulate the potential of teachers,and give play to the value of teachers.
