With the rapid development of science and technology, computers, mobile phones and other new media continue to emerge, the increasingly occupy personal entertainment and leisure life, television seemed to fall from grace. But that is not the case, children almost have no specific to their own computer and cell phone, TV is still their contact with the main media, and with the rhythm of life continues to accelerate,children watch TV programs the opportunity and grow up big increase, the influence of television on children is more and more big.The research in the domestic and international social eager attention to children and media environment, using literature method combing the 1995 after domestic and international about children, media, family environment research results found in 3- 5years old preschool children and the media, children and family research more, but there are less research on the relationship between the three. To enrich the theoretical research in this field, find feasible guidance strategy, the author uses investigation method and the test method for family environment of 3- 5 years old children, TV preferences and behaviors of the status of the in-depth investigation, found that children as individuals grow, in these three aspects have different characteristics and differences. First, children of all ages with different TV preferences, the same as children who come from different family environment, 4 years old is sensitive period for children. This difference also affected by TV preferences affects children’s external performance. Secondly, family environment, especially the TV preferences of family members will bring a great impact on children’s TV preferences, also family members get along mode, family atmosphere will impact on children’s behaviors have great influence. Finally, the research found that children’s TV preferences, family environment and children behaviors between exist mutual influence, mutual restriction relationship.On the one hand,a good family environment is conducive to children form positive viewing habits and positive behavior;On the other hand family not harmonious factors more, children appear the possibility of problem behavior more, hinder the healthy growth of children. Therefore,not only we must make efforts to purify the children in the external environment, such as TV media environment, also the family should also strive to create a close and harmonious family environment, strengthen self supervision, supervise and urge the members of the family shaping a good role model.
