Under the background of new curriculum reform in our country, it will become an inevitable that we moderately and effectively introduce the mathematical experiment to the high school. It is not only good for students to master the necessary mathematical knowledge, also help ful to improve students’ enthusiasm about learning mathematics, the operating ability, the ability of analysis and the problem-solving ability. And it is more beneficial for the students to cultivate the quality of thinking and exploring.Since the new curriculum reform, it emerges a large number of articles on mathematics experiment implementation. However, the mathematics experiment mostly stay on the surface, not into the teaching, and pay no attention to the understanding of the experiment and the students in the high school actual mathematics teaching. This paper mainly study the following questions:(1)What experiment are involved in the Chinese mathematics teaching material for senior middle school in o ’clock a compulsory 1 to 5 ? What are their purposes?(2)How the teacher think the implementation of mathematical experiment in senior middle school?(3)What is the attitude of the students on the implementation of mathematical experiment?To solve these problems, this paper uses the Literature Data Method, the Questionnaire Survey and the Interviewing Method to study the status of the implementation of mathematical experiment in senior middle school. First of all, we get the background, the development history and the present situation of the implementation of mathematical experiment in senior middle school, and summarize all the researches on the mathematics experiment in senior middle school based on reading the literature review and the related books, and so on. Secondly, we count, classify and illustrate the experiment involved in the C hinese mathematics teaching material for senior middle school in o ’clock a compulsory 1 to 5. And we select several representative experiments to analyze their intentions. What functions they have? And what effects do they want to be? Then, we get the teachers’ attitude and understanding of the implementation of mathematical experiment in senior middle school by analyzing the questionnaire. Again, we know the students’ attitude on the implementation of mathematical experiment and the effect on different backgrounds ’ students on the implementation of mathematical experiment in mathematics teaching by interviewing and analyzing of the interview. It makes us know more about the situation on the implementation of mathematical experiment in senior middle school. Finally, we give some advice on the implementation of mathematical experiment in senior middle school.We get some results. It will become an inevitable that we moderately and effectively introduce the mathematical experiment to the high school. That is good for students to learning math. That put forward to higher request to the maths teacher. They need to keep learning and improving. However, we must overcome and solve some problems about the gap between the research and the practice, the gap between the actual operation and the ability of teachers and students, the gap between the selection of experiment content and the goal of the mathematics teaching, the gap between the experiment time and the design for mathematics teaching, the gap between the experimental evaluation and the teaching evaluation. This paper gives the suggestions from the five aspects as to the cognitive of teachers and students, the school’s condition, the teachers’ ability, the evaluation standards for teachers and students, the way on the implementation of the experiment.
