Classroom teaching and learning is the most important channel to complete the task of mathematics education, and it is also an important factor to improve students’ academic performance. The content of the study was selected from the four section of the first prize in the national high school mathematics class competition. This study aims to classroom teaching and learning behavior of application of the theory into practice, hoping that the research results can help teachers on classroom teaching and learning behavior prediction and control, improve classroom teaching and learning effectiveness.This study by literature reviews the relevant literature and theoretical knowledge, and then through the video analysis method Festival award-winning classroom teaching video is arranged in the form of a text,compare statistic of classification and quantization from the following two aspects:(1) teachers in the classroom teaching behavior, from three dimensions: initiating behavior, response behavior, the act of observation.(2)the characteristics of students’ learning behavior in the corresponding teaching behavior, from two dimensions: receptive learning behavior, constructive learning behavior.Study found that:(1) teacher initiated actions to tell, and about behavior are more concentrated in the 15 minutes before class;(2) the number of teacher questioning more for all students, length of individual answer morefeedback;(3) the teaching type of rich, but the activity of effective low, a result of inadequate communication;(4) the teacher dominates the students to construct learning behavior and length;(5) students to accept learning behavior is to listen to others speak;(6) students in constructivist learning behavior to discuss and the operation of the main.According to the research, the design of teaching organization activities should be based on the requirements of the target, the choice of organizational form, the time allocation; the teaching should be based on an acceptable learning, supplemented by constructivist learning.
