In recent years, the physics teacher studio is the carrier and platform of the professional development of physics teachers. Whether physics teacher studio has become an effective approach to the development of physics teachers’ professional development is an effective way to the professional development of teachers. The based on the above considerations, of Guiyang City, the physics teacher workshops were investigation and study analysis, and with Shanghai, Xi’an, Ganzhou three provinces physics teacher workshops were compared from which to explore the rules and problems, for the education department and research reference.This thesis mainly consists of two parts, the first part is the summary of the analysis of Shanghai, Ganzhou, Xi’an three physics teacher studio and investigation and analysis of Guiyang physical teacher studio, that every physics teacher studio activities is basically about how to improve the teaching idea, improve teaching skills, training and improving the education and scientific research the ability to carry out the new teacher, and achieved certain results; the second part compares the four physics teacher studio on the basis of the first part, including the guiding ideology, the main physical teacher studio work objectives, work content, work form, training measures and achievements in six aspects were compared, summed up the difference between the four and their respective physical teacher workshops worth learning, research and thesis Conclusion.
