The development of virtual experiment platform mainly has three kinds: remote virtual experiment platform based on network, medium-sized virtual experiment platform based on local area network(LAN), small-sized virtual experiment platformbased on the single computer. Because the cost of small-sized virtual experiment platformis relatively low, its operation is easy, and it is more suitable to develop virtualexperiment. And now most schools have the corresponding equipment to support the development and application of the virtual experiment. Virtual experiment applied to teachingcan make up for the shortcomings of traditional experiment teaching, such as minimize the experiment risk, the micro-change in the macroscopic form, reduce the development cost, break the traditional experimental restrictions on time and space.Therefore, it is significant practicallyto replace part of the traditional experiment with virtual experiment.Focusing on the research of virtual experimental teaching Situation in some parts of Changsha, combining with virtual experiment’s principles and characteristics,The thesis aims to build virtual experiment courseware for Senior High School Chemistry, and do a teaching research based on virtual experiment teaching.Virtual experiment teaching plays different roles in different experiment teachings, dominant of experiment teaching and auxiliary of traditional experiment teaching.It can dominate the experiment teaching and traditional experiment teaching can help.Therefore it is necessary and feasible to developvirtual experiment courseware assisting experiment teaching.
