| The paper aims at nine matches from 2007 to 2015 to deeply analyze the development of the whole background, organization, management mode, the event staff, contestants and circuit design of events. It uses the method of documentary, expert interview, field investigation method, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. Finally, it get the following conclusions:1.Nine matches have been held successfully. The place where each match passes by is supported by the government, regimental police, the public security and traffic and other related departments. Each department staff is mainly made up of Bozhou local staff, who has steady job. Therefore, the time of the matches is long. Male staff occupies a dominant position in the matches. In the age ratio, the number of male staff at the age of 26 to 45 is larger than that of male staff at the age of 45 to 55. However, from the working frequency, it can be seen that the proportion of people who are over the age of 36 is 36.4%, having more working experience. But the number of the young workers under the age of 36 is larger, who take part in less matches, having less working experience and are liquid.2.Before Xinjiang Sayram Lake road cycling events, the leaders will give a bicycle professional knowledge training to the staff. Moreover, they must achieve professional standard to be well prepared for the match. But from the point of view of the athletes, it still exists some problems. Public equipment facilities and logistics aspects don’t reach the standard level of cycling. For example, public equipment in security cannot actively match, when tire burst happened in the match. Because of the present stage of few foreign players, it does not have a special department to contact foreign players.3.At present, the match is amateur. Contestants are mainly association members, Enthusiasts and retired athletes. It haven’t have professional matches. However, Competitive sports itself is a competitive match. If it hasn’t have professional and famous players, it can’t attract the attention of the public. The percentage of participating people aged 18 to 35 is 81.6%. Moreover, they have their own work. Cycling is their second job, the purpose of competition is a reflection of self-worth. What’s more, bonuses and challenge of the unknown road is the process of self-realization. But the form of the match is fixed, it is not attractive, has low focus and mass base. They don’t know enough about cycling culture and are lack of influence to attract more professional drivers and attention difficultly. All of these will be a great obstructive of improving the level of the competition.4.The event routes are simple, which only goes around the Bozhou domestic routes, though it is relatively mature and completed. It sets out from within the territory of Bozhou Jinghe. It goes through Via ala shan kou, bole, hot springs, Sayram Lake(around half a circle). It once again returns to Bole. Through the investigation and study, the event route design has reached the standard of rationalization. And the fourth stage of the ring of Sayram Lake has reached enough professional standards for uphill slope. But in the four terms of the match, they are not innovative.5.In 2012, the sixth event upgraded to a national amateur road cycling race. It has changed from the budding period of the transition to the tournament. Professional drivers were also improved. However, timing rules and timing equipment were backward, which appeared in the match.6.Sayram Lake has a unique geographical advantage, which is undeniable. However, this advantage is the main reason of attracting players attending the match. It has not other value. |
