Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Cycling Events In Sichuan Province

In recent years,the number of cycling races in Sichuan has been increasing.According to incomplete statistics,at 2016,there are 28 cycling races in Sichuan Province,including international triathlon World Cup,the Asian mountain bike championship gold,China Chengdu bicycle fans fitness section,individual time trial,climbing the mountain bike,mountain bike race,and to the college students open,etc.Sichuan province development of cycling,cycling more specialization,but there is a big gap compared with other coastal cities still.This thesis through the literature material method,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis,logical reasoning and other research methods,combined with the author during the period of school professional knowledge learning and study for cycling and cycling in Sichuan province development related knowledge,study the cycling races in Sichuan province.This thesis explores the general rules of the development of cycling races in Sichuan Province,finds out the factors that affect the development of cycling races in Sichuan Province,and puts forward the scientific development countermeasures according to the collected information and the collected data,to provide a useful reference for cycling races in Sichuan Province.The results show that:(1)The number of cycling races is increasing year by year in Sichuan province,and the coverage area of races is also more and more widely.The development of Chengdu cycling races is particularly prominent,other cities and states are also gradually developed,however,due to regional differences and economic reasons,other areas of the cycling races of development is lagging behind.(2)Bicycle sport in Sichuan province,regardless of the number of races,the number of players,the type of the races were rising trend,but compared with the coastal economically developed provinces are still a large gap.(3)The overall level of Sichuan cycling races is not high,although the Ring of China International Road Cycling Race is held in Sichuan,but the race organizer is not Sichuan organizations.(4)The development trend of mountain race and the road race is better,but the BMX race and venue race is lagging behind.(5)Sichuan cycling races have a certain degree of visibility in the local,but the race less cooperation media before and after the race,leading to its influence is litter in the community,on the other hand,the public attention is not enough and lack of business and market competition.(6)Sichuan cycling race has been recognized and got strong support from government and sports bureau,but the race organization and management also need to continue to improve.To solve the problems in the cycling race of Sichuan Province,this thesis puts forward the following suggestions: giving full use the Sichuan regional advantages to actively hold various types of bicycle race;encouraging the public to actively participate in cycling competition;building outstanding cycling race brand;promoting the process of market competition;improving the organization and management system.
