Academic burnout of junior high school students has been confused with the teachers and the parents,it's a serious problem current basic education is facing.This study aims to find a new breakthrough point for the analysis of junior high school students' academic burnout from the perspective of emotional resilience and self-efficacy,hoping to provide data and theoretical support for future basic education research,especially the investigation and analysis about the group emotional resilience situation of junior high school students can do some supplement for the field of emotional resilience domestic research.In this study,820 junior high school students were used as the subjects,and the emotional sensitivity,self-efficacy and academic burnout of junior high school students were investigated by adolescent emotional resilience scale,general self-efficacy scale and middle school students' academic burnout scale.From the internal psychological characteristics of junior high school students,the paper analyzes the differences and causes of various psychological and behavioral characteristics in demographic variables by means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis,and therefore,Academic burnout,self-efficacy and emotional flexibility of the status quo put forward practical recommendations and countermeasures.The study concluded that the following major ends:First,the emotional resilience of junior high school students has significant differences in gender and source variables.Girls' emotional flexibility is significantly lower than boys,rural students emotional flexibility was significantly lower than the urban students.Second,there was a significant negative correlation between the emotional resilience and academic burnout and their dimensions of junior high school students;emotional resilience and their dimensions were positively correlated with self-efficacy;self-efficacy and academic burnout and their dimensions were significantly negative related.Thirdly,the emotional resilience has a significant negative predictive effect on academic burnout;emotional resilience has a significant positive effect on self-efficacy;self-efficacy has a significant negative predictive effect on academic burnout;self-efficacy plays a mediating role between emotional resilience and academic burnout.
