Objective:Study on the effect of "low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields"(PEMF)on healthy students,which is caused by exercise-induced fatigue after martial Horse-riding step,including blood lactic acid(LD),creatine kinase(CK);a thigh circumference;in one foot jump high,single foot standing long jump;Ratings of perceived exertion(RPE)and visual analogue scales(VAS);According to the variation of relative indexes,it shows that low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields(PEMF)not only improves the fatigue recovery caused by healthy students martial Horse-riding step,provides reference for coaches and martial arts trainer,promotes the scientization of Chinese martial arts;but also it provides experimental reference for fostering the application of low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields(PEMF)in exercising,popularizes that low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields(PEMF)as a relaxing way can ease exercise-induced fatigue caused by martial Horse-riding step.Method:In this study,40 male students from Shaanxi Normal University Physical Education Institute were selectedwere selected as subjects and randomly assigned into two groups,which were respectively described as PEMF intervention group and control group,20 in each group,The experiment lasted for 15 days.The intervention group was treated with PEMF,and the control group did not treated,some items would be tested and recorded before exercise of martial Horse-riding step,post exercise of martial Horse-riding step,and after intervention with low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields(PEMF):blood lactic acid,creatine kinase;a thigh circumference;in one foot jump high,single foot standing long jump;Ratings of perceived exertion and visual analogue scales;intervention group and control group at different time points compared by paired samples T test was used for.Result:1.Inter-group comparison,compared with before exercise,immediate post exercise of martial Horse-riding step,the concentration of Ratings of perceived exertion(RPE)and visual analogue scales(VAS)of two groups showed remarkably increase(P<0.01),while with immediate post exercise of the two groups blood lactate andcreatine kinase had significant difference(P<0.01);Compared among groups,the concentration of LD PEMF in the intervention group showed significantly decreased,there was significant difference(P<0.01),the concentration of CK decreased,there was significant difference(P<0.01);2.Inter-group comparison,compared with before exercise,immediate post exercise of martial Horse-riding step,the thigh girth of the participants of two groups showed increased,there was a significant difference(P<0.05);compared with immediate post exercise of martial Horse-riding step,the thigh girth of two groups after recovery had no significant difference.Compared among groups,when the group after intervention was contrast with the control group,there was no statistically significant about the thigh girth of two groups(P>0.05)3.Inter-group comparison,compared with before exercise,immediate post exercise of martial Horse-riding step,two groups of subjects'scores of one-legged standing long jump and one-legged longitudinal jump and reach in place hit a slung obviously,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),while with the immediate post exercise of martial Horse-riding step,the grades in two groups after recovery existed significant diference.Compared among groups,when the group after intervention was contrast to control group,there was no statistically significant of one-legged standing long jump and one-legged longitudinal jump and reach in place(P>0.05).4.Inter-group comparison,compared with before exercise,immediate post exercise of martial Horse-riding step,the score of Ratings of perceived exertion(RPE)and visual analogue scales(VAS)of two groups showed remarkably increase(P<0.01),while with immediate post exercise of the two group sperceived exertion(RPE)and visual analogue scales(VAS)had significant difference(P<0.01);Compared among groups,the score of perceived exertion(RPE)PEMF in the intervention group showed significantly decreased,there was significant difference(P<0.01),the score of visual analogue scales(VAS)decreased,there was significant difference(P<0.01);Conclusion:Low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field intervention can effectively reduce the fatigue caused by martial Horse-riding step after exercise subjects blood lactate concentration,concentration of creatine kinase.The effect of low frequency pulse electromagnetic field intervention on thigh degree is not statistically significant.The effect of low frequency pulse electromagnetic field intervention on the muscle explosive force of lower extremity was not statistically significant.Low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields can effectively reduce the degree of subjective 'feeling of fatigue fatigue caused by martial Horse-riding step after the subjects,reduce the thigh muscle pain.Low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field can effectively improve the exercise induced fatigue of martial arts.
