With the rapiddevelopment and the increasingly fierce competition ofbasketball, the free throw has been regardas one of the easier ways to score. It was about 1/4 basketball matches outcome that the scores of free throw determined directly among the games of the basketball team of XAIPE. Therefore, the study on the free throw training has become one of the key researches of basketball.The exercise interval free throw occurred during class training, when the basketball players’ psychological reaches 150 beats per minute during the training of free throw, using the purpose of practice method can improve the free throw percentage, which can provide specific free throw training methods for our basketball team.However,we also lack of this aspect research, so the thesis researches interval free throw through designing the experiment, which can be improved further.The experimental subjects come from 2 male basketball training teamsof class2013 who are majoringin Sports Training in Xi’an Physical Education University. Each class selects 10 classmates to be experience subjects. All these subjects experienced more than three years of basketball training. Participated in above the county district basketball game and mastered some base of basketball technique. 20 members are randomly divided into experimental group and control groupeach 10 people. The members in experimental group attended in the experience interval free throw and others took part in the general training of free throw. Bothgroupshave adopted environmental factors, physical factorsand psychological factors of interference during the experiment. Results show that under the same interference, the subjectsin the experimental group are in a state of high exercise load by using the exercise interval free throw and free throw percentage of them is in the process of gradual increase. However, the free throw percentage of the member in the control groups is lower than that of the experimental group because of the lack of the targeted training process after physical exercise load, though the free throw percentage of the member in the control groups is higher than that of the experimental group at the time during training.It based on the statistics, sorting, computing and independent samples T test etc. And used the theory of kinematics analysis of the experimental data, induction and conclusion are as follows.1. The free throw percentage of basketball players have been greatly improved after the training of interval free throw. Nevertheless,the percentage of players which attended the general training of free throw hasn’t developed with more range.2. It can be promoting effect for development of the anti-interference function of psychological factors, and physical fitness, which adapted to match,by applying the method of intervalfree throw practice.3. Both large intensity sports load and anti-interference psychological factors are the main two among the severalfactorsinfluencing free throw percentage.
