| Research Background & Objective: In recent years,Chinese college basketball games are becoming more and more professional,fast attack and defense,and increasingly fierce physical confrontation,which is a great test for the physical fitness of athletes.However,the technical movements of athletes in higher vocational colleges have not been finalized and standardized,so it is more difficult to ensure the integrity of free throw technique and complete scoring in high-intensity games.Through the literature and understanding of the actual situation of basketball players in vocational colleges,this study found that athletes in the high-intensity competition environment is easy to cause the lack of physical strength to lead to unstable technical movements,thus reducing the free throw percentage.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen his physical strength through training to ensure that his technical movement is more stable to improve the free throw percentage.Through literature research,kinematics indexes related to free throw percentage were found to study technical movements and explore the influence of HIIT training method on the free throw percentage of players in higher vocational colleges.It provides theoretical reference for the training practice and competition in higher vocational colleges in the future.Research methods: Thirty-one basketball team players of Tianjin Mechanical and Electrical Vocational Technical College were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into HIIT training group and traditional training group for the experiment.The traditional training group adopted the original training program of Tianjin Mechanical and Electrical Vocational Technical College,while the HIIT training group adopted the training program combining HIIT and free throws.The two groups of players before and after the intervention of the hit rate and the correlation kinematic index after grey correlation analysis.spss20.0 software was used to conduct independent sample t test on the data obtained by the Perception Neuron dynamic capture system,and the difference of kinematic indexes before and after the intervention was obtained.Research results:1.Through grey correlation analysis,eight indicators that are highly correlated with free throw percentage are selected from a number of kinematic indicators that can affect the free throw percentage.In order from high to low,they are shoulder,wrist,elbow,knee and ankle angular velocity,ankle minimum flexion Angle,elbow extension start moment and shot moment Angle.2.After intervention,the HIIT training group had a higher percentage of free throws under high intensity load than the traditional training group(70% > 58.67%).3.After intervention,the complete shooting time of HIIT training group was significantly shortened(p < 0.05),the time of preparation stage had no significant change(p < 0.05),and the time of throwing stage was significantly shortened(p <0.05);There was no significant change in the time of each stage of traditional training group.4.There were no significant changes in hip flexion and extension time and angular velocity between the two groups before and after intervention.The average flexion and extension time of knee joint and ankle joint in HIIT training group was significantly shortened compared with before intervention(p < 0.05),and the angular velocity was significantly increased(p < 0.05),which was shorter and faster than that in traditional training group.5.After intervention,flexion and extension time of shoulder,elbow and wrist in HIIT training group was significantly shortened compared with traditional training group(p < 0.05),and flexion and extension time of shoulder and elbow joint was significantly shortened compared with that before intervention(p < 0.05).6.After intervention,the instantaneous Angle of shoulder joint hand in HIIT training group was significantly increased(p < 0.05),and the angular velocity was significantly increased(p < 0.05);The Angle at the beginning of elbow extension and the Angle at the beginning of hand movement were significantly increased(p < 0.05),and the angular velocity was significantly increased(p < 0.05).The angular velocity of wrist joint was significantly increased(p < 0.05).Research conclusion:1.Through the gray correlation analysis of a number of kinematic indicators,the factors that are highly correlated with the free throw shooting percentage are the angular velocity of knee,ankle,shoulder,elbow and wrist,the minimum flexion Angle of ankle,the moment of elbow extension and the moment of shot Angle.The other indexes showed low correlation,which could also affect the free throw percentage to some extent.2.After intervention,the free throw percentage of HIIT training group is higher than that of traditional training group,indicating that HIIT training can improve the free throw percentage of athletes under high intensity load situation.3.After intervention,the HIIT training group significantly shortened the complete shooting time,no significant change in the preparation period,and significantly shortened the shooting period,indicating that shortening the shooting time within a reasonable range is conducive to improving the shooting effect.4.The average flexion and extension time of knee joint and ankle joint in the HIIT training group was significantly shortened and the angular velocity was significantly increased after intervention.It shows that shortening flexion and extension time of lower limb knee and ankle joint and increasing angular speed can affect the shooting effect to some extent.5.The flexion and extension time of shoulder and elbow joints in HIIT training group was significantly shortened,the instantaneous Angle of shoulder joint hand was significantly increased,and the angular velocity was significantly increased;The Angle at the beginning of elbow extension and the Angle at the beginning of hand movement both increased significantly,and the angular velocity increased significantly.The angular velocity of the wrist joint increased significantly. |
