Study On The Cultivation Of Young Marxists In Colleges

In this paper, we focus on the cultivation of Young Marxist, taking the universities in Nanyang as an example for empirical research, taking the main role of the University in the training work as the research angle of view, and try to use literature research, survey study, subject cross and other methods. Combined with the series of problems in the current cultivation of Young Marxist among college students and from the perspective of Marxism in China, we find and analyze the reasons of the problems, explore what colleges should do to guide contemporary students be young Marxists actively and give suggestions on the practice in the cultivation in colleges.In our opinions, as the gathering place for the talents and the largest concentration of contemporary youth forefront, university must grasp the initiative of ideological work firmly, vigorously promote the cultivation of young Marxists in university, should shoulder the important task of learning Marxist propaganda, nurturing and promoting the socialist core values, providing security personnel and intellectual support for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.Today is an era of great transformation. Economic globalization, political multi-polarization, culture pluralism, the diversity of life and many other factors influence the ideal and faith and the outlook on life and values of the college students in different degrees.At present, youth Marxists training of college students has made some achievements, but there still exist some problems, such as the weakness of pertinence, the absence of effectiveness and systemic and so on. We should build the cultivating path in right ways and effective measures from strengthening the main responsibility, combining classrooms inside and outside, coordinating social practice, improving the security system and optimizing the environment of the campus in order to cultivate and create a group of Marxists which have strong sense of historical mission and social responsibilities, and are armed with the latest achievements in adapting Marxism to Chinese conditions among college students, and guide them coordinate their self-development with the achievement of Chinese dream.
