Universities in China undertake the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education.Young Marxists in universities are pioneers selected from young students in universities.These selected people are the reserve army of young political talents in the Communist Party of China(CPC).They should have firm Marxist belief,solid theoretical foundation of Marxism,outstanding professional quality,excellent social practice ability,and can play an exemplary role.Whether we can cultivate a group of young Marxists who are firm and can stand the test of complex environment have a significant bearing in making CPC,socialism with Chinese characteristics and the Chinese nation what they are today and future.At present,although the training of young Marxists in universities has achieved initial results,its training mechanism is not perfect,which is mainly reflected in the weak coordination between the main elements of training,the poor connection between centralized training and daily training in the process of operation,and the lack of long-term tracking and evaluation links and supervision systems.The main reasons are as follows:the training subjects don’t pay enough attention to the construction of the training mechanism,the target setting of the training mechanism is inappropriate,the resource allocation ability of the training mechanism is insufficient,and the relationship among the various elements of the training mechanism has not been straightened out.At present,the construction of training mechanism for young Marxists can hardly meet the needs of the times.To improve the training effectiveness,it is urgent to innovate and optimize the training mechanism of young Marxists in universities in combination with the conditions and requirements of the new era.Under the "comprehensive ideological-political courses" pattern in the new era,the theoretical framework of the training mechanism of young Marxists in universities should include diversified training subjects,specific training objects,scientific training contents and complicated training environment,etc.,and all the elements should maintain the relationship of overall association,dynamic balance and coordinated evolution.The training mechanism should also have the characteristics of unity of stability and organic,systematism and hierarchy,coordination and independence,inheritance and innovation,and can give full play to the functions of goal orientation,Standardized procedures,integrated regulation and resource guarantee.According to the above principles,in order to further enhance the effectiveness of the current training mechanism,it is necessary to optimize and innovate it.According to the above principles,in order to further improve the effectiveness of the current training mechanism,it is necessary to integrate the strength and resources of multiple subjects and create a training mechanism of "six levels,three stages and one system" for young Marxists in universities.First of all,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design and create a linkage training organization mechanism from individuals,class groups,departments,schools,provinces to the country.It is necessary to adhere to CPC’s leadership to strengthen the core of the six-level linkage training organization mechanism,build the framework of the six-level linkage training organization mechanism with "three-wide education",and maintain exchanges and sharing to condense the internal joint force of the six-level linkage training organization mechanism.Secondly,we should adhere to the education orientation and construct the training process mechanism of "three-level curriculum".In order to help young Marxists grow up in three stages:theoretical thinking,emotional connection and symbiosis,it is necessary to build a curriculum system of"compulsory courses plus optional courses" in the training mechanism,promote the curriculum of social practice and labor education,and realize the full coverage of the training process by using online courses.Finally,we should break the barriers and build a systematic training and tracking mechanism.It is necessary to promote the combination of centralized training and daily training,adhere to the synergy between online training and offline training,and promote the convergence of tracking training and talent recommendation.Through the above measures,we can innovate the training mechanism of young Marxists in universities,and effectively improve the actual effect of training young Marxists.
