Aims:By observing some changes of metabolism happened in blood lipid and Apo lipoprotein after once middle intensity and endurance training of rats analysis the relationship between blood lipid and Apo lipoprotein to establish a theory for health promotion. Methods: This research tested immediately, one hour, three hour, 12 hour and 24 hour indexes about blood lipid and Apo lipoprotein from serum after acute exercise as well as after eight weeks’ treadmill endurance training. Results: Contrasting obese (OB) group and Control (C) group, there are some significant changes among triglyceride(TG), cholesterol(CHOL), low densitylipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), Apo A-1 and Apo B (p<0.01) and Apo A-1/Apo B (p<0. 01). 2 HDL-C level went down apparently after training, although had become normal level in 24 hours; in addition, LDL-C and Apo A-1 went up at 24 hours after training. Apo B was rising conspicuously when the training began (p<0. 01), and returned in 24 hours; Apo A/Apo B showed up tendency atbeginning of training and 24 hours later. 3 After 8 weeks treadmill training, index of LE group less than LC group in glucose (GLU), TG, CHOL,HDL-C, LDL-C; But compare LE with LC, Apo A-1 had increased clearly (p<0. 01), while Apo B dropped significantly (p<0.01) at the same time,Apo A-1/ Apo B had also changed apparently (p<0. 01). Conclusions: 1: high-fat diet could induce increasing of TC, LDL-C, TC and imbalance of metabolism of blood lipid. 2: accurate exercise could promote clean ofblood lipid by reduce accumulation of lipid while raise Apo A-1 or decrease Apo B and make Apo A-1/Apo B higher. 3: long-term endurance could deduce input of food and weight of rats; it also could manifestly enhance Apo A-1 and down Apo B. 4: The relationship between metabolism of blood lipid and Apo lipoprotein changes may be: high Apo A-1/ low Apo B whenother factors maintained.
