ObjectiveThe study explore and research the effects of aerobic exercise on hyperlipideml and atherosclerosis rats through observation such indexes as HC, blood 1ipid, 1ipoprotei and the level of vascular endothelial factor to get the more faultless rationale and scientific method for prophylaxis and treatment the atherosclerosis.MethodWe detect and contrast the content of blood 1ipid and 1ipoprotein as TC,TG ,LDL,HDL, OXLDL and the content of vascular eNOS,endothelial ET-1of aerobic exercise of SD mouse after 6 weeks through research by means of ELASA and immunohistochemical method.ResultsOur work show as follows:1. The rich fat food can increase the content of plasma TC,TG,LDL,OXLDL, decrease the content of HDL, and then result in dyslipidemia. The arterial blood vessels could also be injury after long duration of rich fat food. The results of increased LDL and OX-LDL combined with decreased HDL can promote the occurrence and development of hyperlipidem and AS.2. The rich fat food can decrease the level of eNOS and increase the level of ET-1 in arterial vessels, then the arterial blood vessels will be hurt. It provide an important foundation of pathology for the occurrence and development of AS.3. Six weeks aerobic exercise can decrease the content of TC,TG,LDL,OXLDL, and increase the content of HDL. It also can promote the lipid metabolism. It has positively to remission of hyperlipideml.4. Six weeks aerobic exercise can increase the level of eNOS in arterial vessels and decrease the level of ET-1, and protected the blood vessel, then decease the morbidity of AS.
