| With the country emission regulations increasingly strictly,the domesticmotorcycle industry developed new technology solutions to reduce engine emissions.Electronic control engine management system is considered to be the most importantway to meet the more strict emissions regulations.The main contents of this paper is using STMicroelectronics’ low-costST8S105C6series8-bit microcontroller,designed a motorcycle engine electroniccontrol system, and verify its availability.The motorcycle engine electronic controlsystem which contains the circuit hardware development,research and optimization ofthe engine control strategy,the underlying code of the electronic control systemsoftware design and to verify the correctness and availability.In order to achieve thedesign goal, the improvement of engine performance.The design and development of the engine management system in this paper onhardware support two-cylinder independent fuel injection and independent ignition,driving a stepper motor to control the intake air in idle condition, intake manifoldpressure, intake air temperature acquisition, the battery voltage monitoring, oxygensensor heating function, PC communication through the serial port calibration andonline calibration function.
