| The flourishing manufacturing industry is beneficial to the country’s thriving, from thepoint of the current development trend of global economic integration, the world is in a newrevolution. More than30years from the reforming and opening-up in China, manufacturingindustry has been developing rapidly. However, since the demographic dividend disappearsgradually and the manufacturing enterprises lack innovation, the manufacturing developmentencounters a bottleneck. And how to break the bottleneck will be a very difficult task."Cloud manufacturing†is a new model of networked intelligent manufacturing, which isservice oriented, efficient and low consumption, and based on knowledge. It brought newideas to break through the bottleneck. This paper first describes the reason why networkmanufacturing could not be implemented, and uses the the concept of network manufacturingfor reference, combined with the ideology and architecture of cloud computing, cloudmanufacturing hierarchy structure is analyzed in detail as well as the functions which areneeded for the cloud platform. The Cloud manufacturing service platform is a new type ofInternet service platform which intergrates e-commerce, enterprise network and supply chain.Secondly, cloud manufacturing as a new manufacturing model, there’s no standardizeddevelopment platform and the corresponding development tools so far. This paper uses thecloud computing developing environment for reference, and selects the Eclipse platform asthe environment of multidisciplinary modeling and simulation under cloud manufacturingenvironment. In addition, free open-source software tools such as CloudSim, Tuscany SCA,Apache ODE, Registry and BPEL are used as the corresponding development tools ofsoftware resources servitization, virtualization, as well as service orchestration. Meanwhile,the principles of the selection of development tools and implement function are described indetail.Moreover, in order to realize the multidisciplinary modeling and simulation under thecloud manufacturing environment, virtualization and servitization of software resources isessential. In this paper, the software resources are analyzed in detail, and descriptioncharacteristics model is established. And through extending the open-source softwareCloudSim, software virtualization templates are given. At the same time, the Apache TuscanySCA, Registry and virtual desktop technology are used to implement virtualization resourcesas a service.Finally, BPEL is used to orchestrate the business process of modeling and simulationservices, the servitization (service publication and invocation) of the multidisciplinary modeling and simulation are realized. In the end, the multidisciplinary modeling andsimulation in the cloud manufacture environment are realized. |
