In the era of knowledge economy, customers from all walks of life have higher andhigher requirements for logistics services. Logistics enterprises are faced with thechallenge of transformation from traditional model to modern one. In the process of thetransformation, the knowledge elements become a kind of strategic resources for thedevelopment of logistics enterprises. And how to seize this strategic resource, it is aproblem that logistics enterprises are facing. And also it is the research purpose of thisarticle.This paper mainly research the knowledge-sharing model of logistics enterprisesunder the Web2.0environment. Main contents and results as follows.First, the paper sums up the theory foundation of knowledge sharing model. Andbuilt a logistics enterprise knowledge sharing model in the Web2.0environment. Then,this paper gives a detailed analysis for the model from portrait and landscape, anddiscusses the internalization way of external knowledge and the manifestation way of tacitknowledge respectively. Also comparing with the traditional model of knowledgesharing,summarizes its advantages compared with traditional way. Finally, this article built amechanism of spiral-type knowledge sharing with characteristic of equality, cooperation,self-organization. And select a case to study the feasibility of the model.The academic value of this essay is to analyze the enterprise knowledge sharingmodel systematically, find out its generality, combined with the logistics enterprise’s ownfeatures, and built a spiral knowledge sharing of logistics enterprise under the Web2.0environment. Compared with the previous way of sharing, first of all, the way ofknowledge transfer is no longer limited between people, a new way emerged, that isknowledge transferred between man and computer. Second, this model brings externalknowledge into the knowledge shaing system. Third, the model brings ordinary staff intoknowledge shaing system, it can make full use of collective intelligence.
