Design And Implementation Of Vocal Competition Evaluation System

With people’s standards of living improves for the better, people are diverting more and more of their energy to pursue spiritual satisfaction. In this context, progress and development has been made in the field of sound art. Due to different perception and knowledge about sound art, the works produced by both professionals and amateurs were of varying quality. With a view to perfect sound art and discover more talents, all kinds of competitions are encouraged to be organized.In the design of Vocal Competition evaluation system, Java language was utilized for programming, JSP technology for data display and interaction, Struts2technology for shift between different processes, SPRING technology for management of objects, combined with JDBC, data interaction between the program and SQL Server2008database was achieved, thus achieving dynamic management of evaluation data used in vocal competition. Since vocal competition was graded automatically based on the system algorithm, without human intervention, the evaluation is more transparent and the scores are released in real time. Moreover, the design of master-slave databases and multi-level cache is beneficial in quickening data processing and response of vocal Competition.The Vocal Competition evaluation system improves the safety, reliability, flexibility and maintainability of the evaluation system, and shortens the response time of the evaluation system. It facilitates data entry, update, and statistical analysis by judges, greatly relieves the work burden of staff, improves the quality of vocal Competition evaluation management, and helps promoting healthy development of vocal competition.
