With the steady improvement of national power and international influence, our country was evidently increasing investment and accelerating process on the construction of the national defense in recent years. In the meantime, a special group which is active on the internet military fans-is gradually stepping into people’s sight and playing a more and more important role in disseminating national military information.This research views the internet military fans, a group which is never paid enough attention to by the domestic academia, as an important subject of national military information dissemination and gives it a more thorough description about its concepts, evolution and development, and current situation by putting it into a framework of "fan" research; the discussion of the relationship among fans, text, and fan group object separated text from fan group object and re-established the independence of text in fan research; the inspection to the constitution of the fan group in different places found that diverse media technology measures created the diversity of formation of fan groups, and at the same time these measures were endowed with the communication functions by the internet military fans; the research of text production activities which were conducted by the internet military fans confirmed these fans’strong ability of producing texts, and revealed the causes of their text homogenization and their roles of playing as official "spokesmen" and "megaphones"; the research of the paths and the functions of internet military fans’text dissemination found that their text dissemination could have supplementary effects on the information access of official media, strengthen the official opinions, and finally form a win-win and complementary relationship. The research uses the methods of internet field work, deep interviews, literature research, etc., hoping to bring some enlightenment to the domestic "fan" research and to put forward some reasonable suggestions to the management of military information for the country.
