We live in a age that had great changes from the old time. Technology, concept, theway of human beings life, everything keep changing all the time.“The age of information”is no longer a predict any more. As far back as the time of maket competition isimpetuously, people found that “information” is the key of everything, take the keyinformation means take all advantage of control things. But today, as the explosion ofinformation from the Internet, information is no longer as important as the old time, on thecontrary, it’s superfluous. And the Internet is accelerating it everyday. So the mostimportant thing to us is not “to get the information or not” or “to get what kind ofinformation”, is about “how to get the information”,“a better way to get it”,“moreefficiently to get the information” and “how to filtrate and manage information”. Under theInternet’s connecting, the public environment has became virtualizate, it’s been a problemabout how to filtrate the useful information from the big date of public information. Nowwe can serch information through the internet, but from the other side, it’s far moreinsufficiency about the information’s initiativly communication.We create the public environment and exchange information, and so to live, to work,to communicate. The world we are living in is a big information society, the publicity andinteraction of information is the power to improve our life, so the efficiency of publicenviroment’s information communication is the essential of whether this power willcontinue or not. A school, a train station, a airport, a hospital, a shopping mall, a community,and so on, all this public information environment has composed the information net of thewhole society, so the study of this relatively independent environment’s communicationefficient is important to the complete of the whole information net. In all kinds of publicenvironment, this paper take the campus as a representative, study on the way ofinformation’s design and classification, and so to have a good knowlage the communicationdelivery of information in campus. And propose a plan to improve the efficirncy ofinformation’s communication, and expand the theory to all kinds of public environment as aresearch of effectiveness and initiative about information communication.
