| With labor costs increasing, demand for sewing automation equipment computer sewingmachines increase in the leather, apparel industry. Control system software is one of the coreelements to upgrade computer sewing machine.Upper and lower computer method is used to design the control system. HMI hardwaresystem is based on ARM9chips. Win CE is chosen as the embedded operating system.DSP-based motion controller is the lower computer.Object-oriented approach is used to develop HMI systems. With sewing industrymainstream graphics file format and common graphics system’s features analyzed, graphicalobject’s properties are put forward. The herringbone stitch, reinforcement and collectioncharacteristics’ data structure are given. A creating pattern script is described to build adynamic model for design of document classes, motion classes and graph classes.The calculation converting graph elements into discrete pin point is demonstrated and theinfluence of sewing graph’s feature to the discrete pin point is given. After the BAS dataformat and convergence points’ processing defined, BAS data files’ generation process isanalyzed. For local editing functions, using order traversal to positioning pin point, build aunified scheme with Fidelity characteristics, which is also beneficial for secondarycustomization.After motion control system is analyzed, the motion module of the upper computer isconstructed and process control is analyzed according with sewing process characteristics. Atthe time, the data exchange method between the upper computer and the lower computer isgiven. In order to ensure consistency of trace, the difference of rotary machine control systemis discussed. Through testing, the systems could maintain good stability in high-speed. |
