The research is to establish Key Performance Index System of Sales. The systemis based on PICC development strategy, outstanding efficiency andcompliance-oriented, to configure the main line sales channels, in sub-channelmanagement system for the protection, distinguish implementing channel,optimization sales organization, carding career development, strengtheningperformance appraisal, compensation management norms, create a perfect sales staffperformance appraisal system in order to achieve the performance of individualemployees and the company’s overall performance together to upgrade.Key Performance Index System of Sales is a deployed headquarters in PICCinformation integration platform, which focused on the auto insurance andnon-insurance underwriting, claims, reinsurance, premium income, reserves and otherdata, by integrating these data, processing and calculation, it can provide eachsalesperson’s salary, also KPI can comprehensive ranking of assessment indicators forbranch managers, branch vice president, direct marketing manager post, intermediarydepartment manager post, one on behalf of the marketing department manager, directmarketing sector, the intermediary sector, training managers. Key Performance IndexSystem of Sales adapt to PICC development strategy for the realization of individualemployee KPI and enhance the company’s overall performance, laying a common database.During the project construction process, we used software engineering methods,and chose a reasonable spiral model of software life cycle, and adjusted the model,and controlled reasonable costs, and shortened the construction period, achieved theproject’s operation eventually. The Project is in a traditional process-oriented wayfrom analysis to design to final operation. At present, the system has entered themaintenance phase, and operates well.
