The positive logistics consumption of express industry will detain a lot of express packaging waste,which has been a key problem for the public and society.Especially in recent years,the recycling of packaging materials has been pushed to the forefront by the concept of green logistics and the initiative of circular economy.In fact,waste packaging is often discarded at will or illegally disposed of the situation,which directly leads to unlimited waste of resources and environmental pollution without a bottom line.At this time,the recycling of express packages has obviously become a key point worth thinking about in reverse logistics.Moreover,the recycling speed and quality of express package are more affected by the location of recycling center.In this circumstances,it is valuable to probe into the site selection of recycling center,which is mainly composed of express packaging waste.This cannot only achieve the goal of reducing environmental emissions and reducing the cost of reverse logistics,but also effectively promote the recycling of waste resources and promote the green,sustainable,stable and efficient development of the express industry.From the current situation of reverse logistics and the policy level of green environmental protection,this paper pondered the site selection of recycling center from a new perspective.Firstly,the theory related to reverse logistics,recycling center location and life cycle assessment are analyzed comprehensively.In addition,we introduce in detail the life cycle assessment method and the technical framework of environmental load assessment using this method.Secondly,the objective task,problem description,condition hypothesis and symbol definition of reverse logistics site selection are described in detail from the perspective of express packaging.Based on this,a function model that minimizes the sum of fixed construction cost,operation cost,reprocessing cost,transportation cost and environmental emission cost of reverse logistics center location is established.In addition,the immune algorithm is selected after the analysis of different location methods,and the implementation process and design strategy of the algorithm for reverse logistics location problem are summarized.Furthermore,on the basis of Life Cycle Assessment method,Gabi software is used to calculate the environmental load of pollutants,and the environmental impact of reverse logistics center location activities is evaluated by using its built-in Re Ci Pe environmental assessment method.At the same time,the environmental pollutants,emissions and environmental tax standards studied are successfully screened out.Finally,the immune algorithm code is programmed in MATLAB software to solve the reverse logistics location model and determine the appropriate location scheme based on the data of SF business outlets in Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province.
