| Transfer robot as a kind of typical industrial robot are widely used infood industry, machinery processing industry and packaging industry, etc, andrapidly extended to many other areas. And along with the continuousimprovement of automation level, people put forward higher and higherrequirements about the robot’s flexibility, operation ability and intelligence,etc. The transfer robot’s performance and intelligence level is decided by thecontrol system to a great extent, which is the nerve center and brain of therobot. Especially as the computer technology and the field-bus technologydevelop continuously, rapidly and deeply, open control system which meansmore extensible, more portable and easier to integrate has become the newestdeveloping trend of the robot’s control system.With high-speed heavy-load handling robot intelligent control system asthe research object, this dissertation combines the robot technology with theactual transfer job application for further study and drill-down analysis.The whole hardware platform of the control system with the structure of open mode, based on a modular and standardized design, is divided into sixdifferent parts according to the different function of each module. Theplatform with a standard common bus structure makes use of industrialEthernet for communication. All those design make the transfer robot controlsystem has high openness, ease of integration, high universality, andconvenient maintenance, etc.Control system software part developed on WinCE platform, with themodular and standardized design, can satisfy both universal and specific job.At the same time, it also has a very friendly interface to ensure that the robotis simple and convenient to use for the domestic consumer. It could achievethe file management, mission planning, teaching programming, conditionmonitoring, network communication and other functions, etc. Meanwhile itsupports several of the most common way of communications such CAN bus,industrial Ethernet and PROFIBUS, etc. Combined with the corresponding3D graphical emulational programming tools, it can realize the integration ofthe control system’s programming.Finally, through the demonstration application, it shows that thedesigned intelligent control system for TPR transfer robot can satisfy theactual needs of industrial automation. |
