Wireless sensor networks are composed of large number of sensor nodes distributing in a range, which link with each other in the wireless multiple hops without center way. It can cooperate to perceive, collect and process the target’s information in the network coverage, and return the information to the observer. The network mode and node structure are obviously different from which in the traditional network. With the development of wireless sensor networks, its application is widen faster. Different businesses put forward different requirements to wireless sensor networks’ uality of service (QoS). At the same time, these applications are also faced with a variety of safety problems. At present, safety and quality of service problems are rarely considered in many routing protocols. Based on the research of wireless sensor networks system structure and the characteristics of the foundation, this paper carried through deep analysis of AODV protocol which is suitable for wireless sensor networks. In this paper, according to summing up AODV routing protocol’s advantages and defects, combining with trust evaluation mechanism, energy and QoS control, we put forward a trust-based QoS routing protocol. The trust-based QoS routing protocol improved itself on the foundation of AODV protocol as follows:in the routing found stage, to increase the network safety credibility, it increased sliding window as the core of the trust evaluation mechanism to judge credibility; to increases the life cycle of the network, in the choice of routing it should take energy consumption into account to choose the path whose surplus energy is largest; Moreover, it did some effort to guarantee the network QoS, provide more flexibility and make the protocol more perfect. Finally, this paper did some simulation aiming at the new design trust-based QoS routing protocol and standard AODV protocol with the NS2in the presence of a vicious attacks in the network. In the end, we compared lots of performance parameters such as energy equilibrium load, packet delivery fraction, end-to-end delay and packet loss rate. The simulation results showed that the trust-based QoS routing protocol had better energy consumption and credibility.
