In order to further define the main body of product management responsibility for tube&pipe business unit, accelerate "production, supply, sales and development" the whole process of specialized management of pipe steel product for Baosteel company, shorten the business process, reduce business interface, accelerate the response speed of market, in July2009it set up Baosteel joint-stock tube&pipe business unit (hereinafter referred to as:" tube&pipe business unit"). To realize the efficient management to human resource, BG company has enabled "all-in-one-card" system in2005, and gradually open the personnel management, card user management, catering management, attendance management modules, finally realize the phased construction goal of project "one card in hand, go through the enterprise". With the establishment of the business unit, the existing attendance management module of system already can’t adapt to the cross-region, high turnover of people and center of gravity down etc. management requirements. Therefore, a subsidiary of BG Company-TP business unit combined with their own needs, to develop the attendance system.This paper is on the topic of attendance system project progress management for tube&pipe business unit, to give the systematically investigation of attendance system. According to project goal of attendance system for tube&pipe business unit, it uses the project progress plan and control theory, this paper puts forward the project progress plan, including:planned target, project decomposition, cooperative requirements and the project schedule diagram, etc. Secondly, through the establishment of progress control system, selecting the effective project schedule control tool, implementation progress tracking, the necessary adjustment of progress and so on, further strengthen the control of the project master schedule, ensure that the project goal is effectively realized.
