Silicon Steel Information System Project Schedule Management Research In Shougang Steel Qianan Corporation

Project management is one part of management science for a successful project reasonably. One of the core theory in project management is schedule management.The project plan and control run through the whole process of the project management,it is effective to make use of this way to manage the time、resource、cost。All of these must be planed and controlled in one project,it is perfect to guarantee to achieve in quality、cost and process.In the thesis,the progress management of silicon steel information system is analysed heavily,on the basis of project progress management,I choose two kinds of management software tool WBS CHART PRO4.9and MS PROJECT2010to realize from WBS chart creating、progress chart creating、resource assigning、fund balancing、progress controlling and fund transferring to commission accepting.For a long project it is significant to control the project in order to make the important WBS chart achieve in the whole project.In the fifth chapter, from the point of view of the spot organization,building a reasonable institutional framework and an effective congress system, and taking advantage of project management tool to monitor and analyse the project for early finding out vital problems and early solve.By means of optimizing silicon steel information syetem project progress and improving organization efficiency,the silicon steel information syetem was online commissioning successfully in March26,and was early accepted in May10.it contributes strength to push forword silicon steel technical skill in Qian Gang.Success in this project is a good reference for the similar software and is an good example for other software projects.
