Under the background of the National863project "the steelmaking-continuous casting Energy optimization system based on the optimum temperature", this thesis is an attempt to study the energy optimization network information platform of the steelmaking-steel refining-steel casting process according to the present situation of iron and steel enterprises by means of the advanced computer technology, internet communication technology and database technology, with the aim to realize the dynamic synchronization of Steelmaking unit energy consumption integrated automation system logistics and the information flow.The main works included in this thesis are as follows:(1) Analyze and compare the common database and system structures, and make the optimal database structure and internet structure scheme applicable for the information platform according to the actual requirement.(2) Build the static tables, the production performance tables, and the production state tables required by the information platform. Build the static tables according to production standard; build a database entity-relation diagram for the production stages such as manufacture planning, converting, refining, continuous casting according to the production process and then generate the production performance tables and the production state tables.(3) Analyze and compare the categories of database index to determine the best scheme. Then create the table by IOT. Through this way, not only the query speed can be improved, a lot of apace used to store the index can be saved, which can optimize the database further.(4) Study the data transportation ways including data interfaces, data transmission tables and OPC. Exchange data with ADO data interface technology accompanied by temperature optimization subsystem and energy consumption comprehensive analysis subsystem; exchange data with JDBC data interface technology and the production plan scheduling subsystem; make the data transferred between the MES with the information platform database and the database inside of the information platform through the data transmission chart. (5) Design and implement the strategy of data security. The identity and the authority of the user will be confirmed before register; each order of the user will be audited and recorded during the operation; build the information platform backup strategy according to the data, then the incremental backup is realized regularly based on the complete backup of the database. Accordingly, the resilience of the database is improved.(6) The user interface is designed in the paper to make it convenient for the people who are not the management of the database to query the database. The users can select the complete table.They can also search the table by some criteria. The union query of several tables is accessible as well. The report function of the table of the database is achieved by the Visual Studio2010crystal report.
