In this paper, through the discuss of shortcomings of existing systems, the contents of this paper determined, then analysed the needs of the current network video copyright supervision platform, after that completed the design of network video copyright supervision platform.The main works in this thesis are presented, including:(1) Based on the analysis of demand, combined with the whole system architecture design principles of scalability, flexibility and high efficiency etc., the design of overall function framework of network video copyright supervision platform is completed, designing the system function logic moduleand the user interface of the system;(2) For large-scale video search module detailed design, analysis and comparison on the combination technology of network video by using text keyword retrieval and video features, in copyright supervision and early warning system for the suspected infringing works provide an important supplementary means;(3) Network video copyright supervision platform of comprehensive test is carried out, and the key display the test results and the main key function modules of the platform and analysis. Through experiment and test the practical application of the test of theadvanced and effective system architecture.The network video copyright supervision platform in this thesis has been put into use. This platform mainly solves the copyright data center and network copyright regulation. Relying on the powerful data center, to provide public services. Through the use of technical means, strengthen the network infringement and piracy supervision, improve the efficiency of law enforcement.
