Research Of Telecommunication Project Schedule Management Optimization

By studying domestic and foreign advanced project management concept and management mode, this paper, with the China mobile TD- LTE project as backgroud, analyses the present situation of domestic and international engineering project management, as well as that of communication engineering project management in our country. This paper aims at finding out problems in the project management of mobile communication in our country, deeply analysing and researching these problems, and proposing exploratory optimization plan and strategy thereof basing on the theory of project management.As the communication technology in our country is updated raplidly, the situation of communication market changes accordingly, which results in the fact that the construction of a communication engineering project tends to be finished in a very short period of time. If the construction project can not be successfully completed within the prescribed time limit, due to possible great changes of technology and market, the investment profits of the project may be affected and the best opportunity to take market share may be missed, which might eventually cause restriction to the subsequent development of the enterprise. As the key of project management in communication engineering, the progress management directly decides the result of a communication engineering project. Basing on the above, this paper mainly focuses on the study and description of progress management in the communication engineering project.The subject of this paper is analysing the influential factors of the problems in the progress management and proposing exploratory optimization plan and strategy for innovation of the idea of project management idea and management mode, establishment of efficient internal management team, innovation of the management mode of communication engineering construction enterprises, inovation of the idea of mobile communication engineering construction, as well as promotion of informatization management.Research on how to reduce cost, guarantee quality, improve service of construction projects and ensure economic benefit and social benefit of emterprises, on the premise of insurance of construction period, is the practical significance of this paper.
