Design And Implementation Of Academic Conference Management System For West Anhui Vocational Education Group

Nowadays, the main method of domestic academic conference management is reservation mode. The communication efficiency between participants and sponsor is very low before and after conference, that is inconvenient. The conference sponsor need keep conference information properly. The information will become more and more while the scale of participants becomes larger and larger. If the management and collection are done by hand, it will cause loss of manpower and material resource, and inconvenient management.As the development of technology, academic communication conferences become more and more, and the scale of them is larger and larger. Using advanced conference management operation mode seems especially important. Academic conference management system adopts the mode basing on network station. The users log on the conference management system, and then they can browse the conference notice, send the manuscript, and apply for the conference. This system can manage the conference information efficiently.This paper studies the design and implementation of Western Anhui Vocational Education Group academic conference management system. It supplies an academic communication site for users, and it is convenient for users to manage and collect the information and datum. Finally, it realizes the digitization of management information. Meanwhile, it satisfies the operation habit of users, and simplifies the tedious procedure of traditional conference. Using that management system, the sponsor saves amount of manpower and material resources, and increases the conference efficiency.This system can complete the following functions:user registration, login check, manuscript uploading, and audit waiting (checking whether manuscript passes the audit). Users can look over the recent news of academic conference, and download the related data, and so on. The administrator can issue the conference information, upload the conference data, audit the manuscript of participants, and manage information of all users, including:adding and deleting the user, modifying the user permissions and so on. After testing, the system is fully functional and stable performance, and it meets the design requirement.
