The Design And Implementation Of Private Higher Vocational Colleges’ Management Information System

With the rapid development of private higher vocational education in our country, the subsequent management problems become more prominent, especially the lag of teaching quality. The teaching evaluation is a effective method to improve the teaching quality and promote teaching reform according to practice. However, the traditional way of teaching evaluation is done used paper in manual mode. To implement the teaching evaluation in such way is not only lack of efficiency but also spent considerable resources. The development of Computer network technology has made private higher vocational colleges teaching evaluation system which is based on network has become a top priority.To solve the existing problems, this article took shandong union college as the research object to set up a " the teaching evaluation management information system ". The system was composed of the background management subsystem, evaluation strategy management subsystem, evaluation subsystem, score statistics management subsystem, etc. The establishment of the system improved the teaching quality of shandong union college. The main research contents of this paper are as follow:First of all, this topic introduced the Higher vocational colleges teaching evaluation system development online research significance and research status at home and abroad, and then put nd then put forward this article research methods and research content according to the research situation at home and abroad. On the basis of the previous, this thesis introduced the key technology, including J2EE architecture, B/S mode,.My SQL and so on.Second, this paper carried on the demand analysis from the construction goal of the teaching evaluation management information system, business description and stakeholder analysis, case analysis, functional requirements and non-functional requirement and so on. Then this article carried on the detailed design from the overall architecture, function module, database, security of the system. The teaching evaluation management information system the article developed used three-tier architecture as the development framework, the main function included Appraisal strategy management, appraisal management, statistical management, backstage management, etc. This article adopted the MySQL database as the backstage database system, and design the the data table.Finally, this thesis illustrated the realization of the main function modules of the teaching evaluation management information system, and carried out testing and deployment for the system. The results of testing and deployment show that:after the use of this system, it has provided convenience for the teaching evaluation in higher vocational colleges and improved the work efficiency.
