| With the development of information, the public security information technology department has become a key department in the application of e-government. As the source of the public security criminal technology work, traditional artificial management pattern of crime scene investigation has not satisfied current criminal investigation information management needs of the work. In this case, crime scene investigation information system for public security organs has emerged. In the process, it may involve the national secrets or core government affairs. Therefore, the security problems in the public security criminal technical contents of informatization, networking and standardizing are of great significance.This system are using the architecture of C/S, using.NET as the development platform, using SQL Server as data management and the background for the C# language to achieve the system’s safety and practicality. In order to prevent illegal users inputting or modifying crime scene information, it has employed digital signature to make information anti-counterfeit and tamper-proof, thus ensuring the authenticity of crime scene information and security of the system. This thesis has elaborated its definition and function of digital signature, etc. The commonly used in algorithms for signature also have been studied more deeply. In order to solve security problems may arise in the system, it has analyzed the requirements of the information system of public security field and the safety hidden trouble existing in the system, proposed a scheme to develop the public security field inspection information system based on digital signature. The system also has solved the problems of architecture of choice, selecting and designing of digital signature algorithms, database designing, etc.To sum up, the public security field information system of investigation which has the functions of information collection, data making and digital signature for word document have been finished. |
