Design And Implementation Of The Police Crime Investigation Information Management System

Case from public security bureau,crime occurs in some areas of high frequency,and reflects some of the new situation.At the same time,along with the socialist democracy and rule of law and judicial reform further deepening,the supervision of law enforcement and case is more and more strict,especially under the condition of openness,transparency and information law enforcement and the difficulty of the case is more and more big,the concept of law enforcement team,working strength,quality,working mechanism,the respect such as law enforcement guarantee not to adapt to the problem is becoming more and more obvious.In response to the changing of crime means,it is necessary to develop a set of functional crime investigation system,unified management of daily working activities,in order to improve the working efficiency of the public security bureau.In this thesis,strictly follow the business related to public security bureau of investigation and the theory of software engineering,choose the JAVA language and J2EE platform technology and SSH technology designed and developed five modules,including accepting cases divisional management,surveillance management,denotation of file management functions,and the books management function and the comprehensive treatment of the case.Through this several modules of crime of accepting cases filing,denotation,filing,investigation,cases,files management,.through the settlement process of automated processing,realize the whole process of automation and electronic reconnaissance case,enhance adaptability case is dealt with in the new period,to let the public security bureau can better serve the people.The public security bureau criminal investigation information management system for security forces to provide an open and transparent information platform,improve the efficiency of law enforcement and case.
