"Three to help a" plan, is refers to the college students after graduation to the rural grass-roots engaged in agriculture, education, health and poverty relief. Its purpose is to implement the employment of college graduates to the grass-roots units to provide guidance and guarantee the specific problem. "Three to help a" plan after the implementation of a few years, full of vitality, and promote the construction of a new socialist countryside is to play a positive role for rural poverty alleviation and development work. The system uses Asp.Net technology, using SqlServer database, using C# language development. Through the analysis of the overall framework of the system, the establishment of three layer application framework layer type. Based on the detailed analysis of the user on the system requirements, completed the partition and design the whole system module. According to the analysis and design of data integrity of the system, operation standard and in accordance with the division of functions related to give permission, has established a set of perfect data management model. Through the UI design, system specific code and detailed design of the database, the realization of the "visual data three to help a" student data search, data statistics, data synchronization, upload information, information audit, certificate printing function.
