Functions includes DSM targets management, ordered electricity, demand response, macroeconomic analysis, energy acquisition, energy services, energy saving management, knowledge base, and other functions.Acquisition module with real-time eastern Mongolia energy efficiency data collection, to keep abreast of current Mengdong grid energy efficiency information for demand response, energy management and control to provide scientific data and other functions; demand response module and orderly power module has guide users and ordered electricity demand response, energy efficiency for users and grid interaction, regulate the function of peak electricity; macroeconomic analysis module provides information about the energy efficiency of electric power for the government, regional government on energy efficiency replacement understand the situation is conducive to specify management policies and adjusting the energy efficiency policy; energy efficiency services and Knowledge management module provides a platform for third-party service companies and energy-saving experts, to achieve energy company and user interaction, provide theoretical support for grid energy conservation.Collecting network networking solutions combine public transport network and private network, system security scheme are designed.
