| With the high-speed development of the technology of electronics, FPGA has the advantage of effectively reducing the cost, risk of electronic system and remote online reconstruction; it gets widespread use in terms of communication, control and so on. The technology of embedded soft core based on NIOSII lets FPGA have a more flexible way of programming excepting for hardware description language. The combination of hardware description language and embedded soft core makes FPGA’s control more efficient, and its range of application becomes more widely.Electrical-controlling move apparatus is widely used in the optics experiment, laser processing, etc., and it’s the important part of experiment instrument such as optical microscope. The control of two-dimensional electronic translation system can be divided into two parts, i.e. the wireless controller and two-dimensional electronic translation system. These modules involve display and signal capture of touch panel, the control of the wireless communication module, the control of stepper motor and the signal processing of grating ruler.The design combines software and hardware to realize the control of the whole system. For the parts which have plenty of data and require real-time control, such as stepper motor and grating ruler, we use hardware description language VerilogHDL to structure the control module. The other parts are controlled by SOPC soft core based on NIOSII.The testing experiments demonstrate that the system realizes the wireless real-time control of two-dimensional electrical-controlling move apparatus and obtains its displacement. |
