| Winter Lotus Community is early developed, whose property management is still in a manual way, which is relatively backward. With the completion of the second phase construction, with the increase of the residents and the enlarge of the range of community’s property management service, the traditional property management method cannot meet the needs of reality, and some problems, such as low efficiency, error-prone, poor security and so on, are exposing gradually. With the aid of the existing information and internet technology, the community’s property management system is the managers’ best choice.The thesis aims to develop Winter Lotus Community property management system to satisfy residents’ various demands by information and internet technology. The whole thesis mainly aims at the property management company to do systematic demand analysis, system design and accomplishment. The system takes advantage of Java EE framework and B/S structure, the property management system is achieved combined with JSP. First of all, a research to the situations of Winter Lotus Community’s property management is made, including the information analysis of the recent conditions, and meanwhile, first-hand information by interviewing relevant persons is obtained. Then the system is designed based on B/S architecture and the functions of property management systemaccording to the functional requirements are designed, including household subsystem and subsystem. Through the Eclipse 3.7, combining with database technology and JSP technology, the whole winter lotus community property management system is achieved. At the same time, the system is tested according tomultiple test cases,and finally found that the implementation results of the system is in line with expectations.The results are quite good after a test run of the management system. It improves the entiremanagement level of Winter Lotus Community, decreases the error probability, meets the needs of the existing residential management, and leads the property management and service to a road that is scientific and humanistic. |
