System Software Design And Implementation For Remote Monitoring Of Enterprise Energy Efficiency

With China’s rapid economic development in recent years,especially in the twenty-first century, the emergy issue has gradually become a prominent problem that restricts social economic development, and keeps from improving people’s living standards. Party and state leaders have understood the significance of energy conservation, then set energy conservation and emissions reduction as China’s basic national policy. The successful practice of the advanced industrial enterprises proved that advanced energy mangement systems take an important role in unified management of energy, reducing comprehensive energy consumpution per unit of product and improving labor productivity.Based on the research of enterprise energy demand analisis and energy-saving technology, design scheme of process of running monitoring system has confirmed. It consists of field device layer,the network communicationo layer and the system management components.the field device layer is mainly composed of sub-station equipment with PLC control system, and finishes data acquisition and operation status control of device. Network communication layer includes communication manager, Ethernet,bus net. Under the OPC communication technology, reading and writing datas between PC software and underlying hardware PLC. The system management using Microsoft Visual Studio as development tool, programs PC human-computer ineeraction software with C# programming language to manage and configurate collection terminals, to acquire and storge datas.This article analyzes underlying hardware configuration and netword configuartion of sub-system in PLC vacuum station,studies the communication settings between the SCADA system and OPC technology, writes data communication code using C# programming language,comletes human-computer interaction software in PC.This system runs well in more than a year. It can automatically complete eneterprise energy consumption data collection,flexibly generates reports,charts and systematic energy audit reports of various customers. Also it can scientifically monitor anomalies of energy-comsuming device, then timely send out warning signals. The system can help companies achieve a ‘management – technology-managementtechnology’ energy cycle regularity,directly to bring great economic benefits, indirectly to support the economic growth of our country,to bring new impetus to high energy consumption enterprises, and to the benefit of reducing environmental pollution and protect our enviroment.
