| With the rapid development of the intelligent home network, the home gateway becomes the core of intelligent home, its function and performance have been promoted. In recent years, the internet of thing has a great development, and need home gateway to have the ability of integration of network and manage these intelligent equipments. In addition, the rapid development of smart mobile devices make people eager to watch digital TV programs on the mobile devices. Through the wireless way, people in the family can watch different TV programs by their mobile devices at the same time. Meanwhile, as the impact of the mobile Internet and IPTV, broadcast television network operators urgently need a new way of watching TV, so that it can meet the demands of mobile and fragmentation watching.Based on the above background, this thesis designs a home gateway of mutli-model, it is a blend of three kinds of wireless module: WiFi, ZigBee and Bluetooth. Users can access to home gateway through WiFi or Ethernet to control and manage intelligent devices in the family. Due to all the three kinds of wireless communication mode work on the 2.4GHz frequency band, this thesis analyzes the wireless signal interference among them and promotes a reliable way of spectrum allocation. At the same time, this thesis studies the UPnP protocol and designs a TV program forwarding system based on the UPnP, which makes the traditional way of watching television transfer to mobile devices, such as mobile phones and laptops, so that it will achieve the result of multiple screens to watch TV programs.In this thesis, the software platform is based on the embedded STLinux operating system. This thesis implements a simple TV forwarding system. Through transplanting embedded Web server on home gateway, mobile devices can get the program list by accessing to the Web server. User can interact with Web server through CGI program and Web server can communicate with kernel through socket program. VLC is used to recevice and display digital TV TS stream. Considering the different environment of house, there are four connection mode of home gateway to choose which is beneficial to the promotion of home gateway.The test results show that the implementation of TV forwarding system can be successfully, and it works stable and reliable. This thesis realize a home gateway which can meet four mobile devices to watch TV programs at the same time. It will become the center of family control and replace the existence of set-top box and router. |
