| As one of the important projects in "the twelfth five-year" plan of our college, the construction of a digital campus has started and the information management system will be inevitably one of the important task. since the basic construction of network has almost been in a perfect condition, some other factors should be taken into account for the fulfillments of the information management system as how to provide decision support for leaders through the analysis of the information data, how to provide effective service for teachers and students and how to promote the coordination between various departments.Focusing on the key technologies employed in the integrating of the management platform of Continuing Education, the system uses B/S structure and the corresponding technologies about the connection to the database, including core development tools and practical technology, Visual Studio2005 development tools, back-end database SQL Server2005, VPN technology, Disk array technology and the solution for the supply of so called "seamless" power. All the related technology mentioned above have laid a foundation for future system design and implementation. Both the functional requirements and non-functional requirements have been touched in the analysis for requirements. in the mean time, the design for Background Database, Network Topology, Database Security and the hardware configuration. those factors as the design of System Function, Database and Code have been made a brief introduction in the part of System design.The function of the system will be divided into super users and ordinary users. Ordinary users can only check the personal information while Super users can use some other function as adding, modifying, deleting, storing or inquiring of the information. This system highlights some characteristics--the interface is clear and the operation is simple and practical.The management system for CEMS,in pursuit of technological advancement and practicability, is a huge systematic engineering and it puts emphasis on a reasonable layout of global optimization of various implementation. the system improves the digital integration between different systems of student information, attendance information, information on student achievement and curriculum. The system hardware resources will be integrated to get such a management system with high quality, with fault tolerance, with balance in key businesses, with easy maintenance, with easy management and with high extensibility. at the same time, the internal office automation, the unified documents, the information and the cooperation in daily work of Department will be simplified greatly. it also helps to shorten the work cycle, reduce the cost and improve the work efficiency in the daily work. so the solid foundation for a paperless office can be found and the consolidation and scale integrated data management system will be our future target and the integrated management platform will be upgraded and improved then. |
