Our(Liaoning army antiaircraft artillery first division) duties is the air defense warning、department process stability、fire disaster、flood and chemical disaster etc.Our methods for the management of the supplies or in the stage of manual operation,manual operation efficiency is low,prone to human error.For the information age of today,this half mechanization management and work efficiency has been can’t satisfy the security requirements in the new period task,efficiency is life,the efficiency of both success and failure.So,if want to improve the working efficiency of the logistics,must be introduction of new technology and management mode,Army informatization must be developed.In view of the above, I will study the RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) the advanced non-contact identification technology refers to the warehouse management in our department, scientific, efficient on the storage, security management, and the combination of the network technology makes the each unit can share information, the improvement of the overall modernization, informationization, real-time, intelligent and visualization of arms supplies management, improve our ability and fighting capacity,deal with the force distribution of "loose, wide", according to the different tasks, to achieve the most efficient security at a specific time period, improve the viability in battlefield soldiers, promote equipment information management department, and lay a solid foundation for the information construction of our department, but also to the positive significance to the future strategic mechanism of.This first is introduce the RFID this non automatic recognition system contact, at the same time, according to the characteristics of the storage management and actual situation to make the demand analysis, structural framework of the overall system is established, the network distribution related departments, while the establishment of the internal network of the receiving terminal, covering the division headquarters office and affiliated regiment, battalion and other units, through the implementation of RFID management system for the sharing arms management and information resources,through the terminal parts of arms supplies make an overall adjustment, control the use and distribution and the whole. According to the actual demand of the design, thesystem is mainly composed of ordnance business management subsystem, the armory management subsystem, the ordnance support subsystem, information query subsystem and the RFID subsystem five big modules of the system, the five systems which also includes a number of sub function modules, these modules support the management of the operation of the system, I will use JAVA language and MYSQL database as a development tool and database of the system, the system operating environment for the XP system, and the key techniques used in this paper is the middleware technology.
