| With the rapid development of computer network technology, the level of relevant departments of the automation management of teaching has been further improved, and in the related in the process o f equipment management work in colleges and universities, using artificial management way before, still took more manpower material resources, at the same time, the efficiency is not high also, and this article is on the basis of such problems is proposed based on wireless rf technology automation equipment management system, the implementation of the system can greatly improve teaching related equipment inspection personnel for equipment management work efficiency.This design mainly rely on the existing r elated equipment management software design experience, at the same time, the design theory and method of information software, draw lessons from the current domestic and foreign related software system development, this paper proposed to equipment inspection system based on RFID technology to carry on the design. The system the research process is mainly divided into four aspects, first of all, based on the system design goal, the system involved in the business functions of detailed requirements analysis. And application of UML modeling tools to complete the system demand analysis and feasibility analysis, respectively from the system management module, equipment inspection management module, file management module, maintenance module, the equipment asset management, equipment procurement management to analyze the functional requirements. Once again, to use Java technology, equipment inspection system for the design of the concrete, complete system requirements of various modules in design work. Through the system function test and performance test to determine system can meet the basic needs of the classroom equipment inspection management.In terms of system data collection, mainly the application of RFID technology, RFID is a radio equipment identificatio n technology, widely used in non-contact data read. This paper study mainly on the basis of RFID data collection, acquisition equipment state information, form a information of equipment management system, to meet the management of equipment data acquisition and management requirements.
