SSH-based University Student Apartments Systems Design And Implementation Framework

Recent years, with the increasing scale of college students, all kinds of management work pressure in school is also growing. Student life digitization is an important part of digital campus and this paper studies the specific student apartment’s system and aims to exploit one-housing management. This system mainly used to solve the traditional problems that the long working period can not integrate the kinds of department’s resources on time, and low efficiency in apartment management and waste of human resources and etc.In recent years, the National Ministry of Education promulgated the "General Office of the Ministry of education to make accommodation management of College Students’ notice" and a series of documents, document requirements and perform the rules and regulations of student apartments management, strengthen the security system construction, strengthen the student’s dormitory and apartment accommodation, electricity, water, food, fire alarm and other aspects of the work management Establish and improve the relevant system; the formation of the rapid flow of information collecting and processing mechanism, timely resolution of student life, learning, security issues, to create a good environment for students to grow healthily.In the traditional management mode under the long-term, management method is relatively backward and standardization of management is not high. The safety control system and security mechanism is not perfect. The student apartment stolen incidents and vicious incidents have occurred and how to carry out and implement the relevant documents and regulations to make university apartment scientific, standardized management, become competent departments at all levels of education and the problems to be solved.Based on the college student apartment management system operation and management mechanism for field research. Using JSP and My SQL database technology combined with the MVC design pattern for the development of the system, completed the design of student apartment management system of the entire process. Systems to connect to the database via Hibernate, to effective solution to the database connection and access to process safety and efficiency, to improve the reliability and efficiency of the system. The system uses B/S structure in the development process. The use of object-oriented development techniques, implement the list of inquiry, students check in, out registration, failure to repair service, export information, etc. By using this system, the students accommodation arrangements, daily management, student check the public goods of student dormitory management can achieve all-round modernization of information management. At the same time, it prevents the formation of a unified management of the overall student apartments in the subsequent implementation. It can greatly shorten the operating cycle management of student housing, improve work efficiency, meet the schools apartment management.
